GEOIP Failed

I install a fresh rainbow web rtc, but I have problem when I launch the command mpcheck

The host have all the port open on output request, but the host is not accessible from outside.
Can you precise if I have to open ports on my firewall on input ?

Hi,
You are right, this could be one reason why GEOIP is not loaded, the other point could be that the PBXID configured in the WebRTC gateway does not match the PBXID defined in Rainbow (often just a typo or copy/paste error).

I have search and when I launch mpstatus, I have more information :
authentication-failed 1 StatusCodeError: 401 - "{"errorCode":401,"errorMsg":"Unauthorized","errorDetails":"Unknown login or wrong password for login xxxxxxxxxxx@openrainbow.com","errorDetailsCode":401500}
