Rainbow is using outlook contacts, so you have to add the numbers in your outlook addressbook. You can't manage them in Rainbow.

4hours later, we still can not call over the rainbow app (hybrid with pbx onsite) chat work since +/-11h30 but none of the tele workers or mobile users could call.
looks like a global issue but status page is 100% online
