You can forward your phone calls to a phone number or to your voicemail. This feature is really useful to manage your desk phone when you are not physically at your office. The telephony functions are only available from your computer (Desktop).
NOTE: This function requires a PBX connection. Please contact your company's administrator for further information on this subject.
How to Activate a Call Forwarding?
Click on the Forward icon in the top right corner of your Rainbow top banner.
You may choose to forward your incoming calls to your voicemail or to another phone number.
Phone numbers displayed in your profile will be suggested, yet you may indicate another phone number.
To cancel or change your Forward, please click once again on the Forward icon in the top right corner of your Rainbow top banner.
