How to Save a Conversation?

To save a conversation, simply send its content to your email address where you will receive an email with a text attached. 

• Go to "Your network contacts" page by clicking on the icon located in the top banner of your screen,
• Type the name of your contact in the search bar at the top left corner of your Rainbow screen.
• Select the conversation whose content you wish to save.
• Then, go to the three dots "Other actions" in the right corner of your conversation wall to unfold a menu of several actions. 
• Click on "Send this conversation by e-mail."
• This conversation content has been sent to your e-mail. 

NOTE:
The email address where your conversation content was sent is the one you used as a login to Rainbow.
