While having a conversation with a contact, you may record its content. The recording contains an audio file for audio calls and a video file for video calls. This file is an MP4 document (readable with VLC) that may be stored in your Rainbow storage or your personal computer.
NOTE: Only Rainbow users from Web and Desktop may activate the recording of a call. Rainbow users on Mobiles receive the call and are recorded, but they CANNOT activate the recording.
