How to report issue or send feedback for Rainbow Room?
Technical Issues Reporting:
You think you found a bug? Please use the following procedure to allow us to correct it as soon as possible:
- Send a mail to "support@openrainbow.com" or send a message to Emily through Rainbow.
- Add [Rainbow Room] in the subject of your request.
- Describe precisely your issue, adding the timestamp and if possible a screenshot or a photo.
- Specify the name of the room where the Rainbow TV is installed.
- Add the Rainbow Room logs to your email. You can transfer the logs to your Rainbow account from the TV before creating your ticket.
