You may encounter after a certain time running the Rainbow application following issues:
- you no longer receive notifications from the Rainbow application.
- you have the orange banner "Waiting for network" at the top of Rainbow screen.
- you can't make calls when your Telephony setting is "Use my mobile phone for business calls".
The problem may be related to iOS bugs on iPhones running iOS versions >= 13.0
How to fix the issue:
You’ll have to upgrade your iPhone to version 13.2.2 as recommended by Apple.
