Connect your meeting rooms to Rainbow. Once a room is connected, everyone in your company will be able to find it from the Rainbow interface and add it to their Bubble (regardless of their level of service). Note: The Room licence are dedicated to the Room equipment and not to the users who will use the feature. |
How to Create a Rainbow Room?
Create a new equipment in your Company:
- Click on "Manage your Company" in the upper band of your screen.
- In the left tab, click on "My Company" to access settings.
- Then, select the tab "Subscritpion" to check if you have well "Room" licences.
- Then, go to the "Communication" tab.
- On the "Rainbow Rooms" subtab, click on"Create" to add a new Room.
- Fill in the form with name, site, location, etc. This information will help your members find their meeting room with Rainbow.
- Click on "Apply" to generate an activation code.
Note: A room license will be automatically consumed when the Rainbow Room is logged in for the first time. You can delete the Rainbow Room to unlock the license.
Install the Rainbow Room application in your Android TV boxe:

Once your hardware is ready, download and install the Rainbow Room application from the Google playstore. At the first start, the system will ask you for the previously generated code.
Note: The code has a limited lifespan. If you get an error trying to log in, please generate a new one from the your Company admin space.
