Adding a "Favorites" Contact Tab Next to the Conversations Tab in the Left Hand Column

It would be nice to have a 'Favourites' contacts tab next to the Conversation tab, so we can easily see the presence of our main contacts in the left hand column. This would be a bit more functional than having the Contacts List in the main screen.

  ..and make it possible to be displayed by company with an expandable/collapsible list of users.

  ,,,and turn Emily a standard one in the favorites or a fixed nº 1 contact! (she disappears after the maximum number of last interactions is reached)

  Dear Brian,

  We have planned to tag (untag) some conversations (people, bubbles) as "VIPs" (similar to favorites). A maximum of 10 VIPs will be displayed on the conversation panel (left panel).

  We have limited the number to avoid having hundred of favorites, which has no sense. Stay tuned!
