OXE Speed Dial synchronization issue
Hi,
the system is a perfect choice to implement pbx and hybrid cloud. But for be very usefull to end user we need to add into search box the pbx function Dial By Name to use pbx address book or other address book connect direct to pbx.
Bye bye.

Regarding your current case, I opened a ticket on your behalf in order to dig deeper and find out the root cause.
I will update this post when I have more details.

Trust me it's available, I use it every day with connected OXE. Feature was introduced with version 1.29

I confirm what Andreas is observing, from 1.29 sprint release.
No need to open a support ticket: we are not using the speed dial numbers from OXE (and neither from OXO Connect). This could be asked as an improvement, but difficult to manage because we copy the phonebook at the PBX setup, but later on it's not synchonized anymore!

In current version 1.33 I can search for internal OXE users and speeddial numbers without problems. As the speedial by range are displayed as ABxxxx e.g. AB4189 for entry 189 in range 4 you must create a dialing rule in Rainbow to replace AB by your speedial range prefix, in my case I replace ^AB by *0 so dialing results in *04189 (*04 ist the prefix for range 4).
Maybe you have not activated the "send phonebook to Rainow" option in the OXE Rainbow params?

Hi Andreas,
in this case we check the configuration of Oxe. By default "send phonebook to Rainbow" is enable and in our case is still enable so pbx need to send to rainbow their phonebook.
We connect the Oxe to rainbow and after we install pbx to end user. After that we create some speed dial but these are not send to rainbow. Infact if customer search via rainbow search box they not found the name of speed dial that was create before.
How can we fix it?
Regards.

Hi Andrea,
the synchronization with Speed Dialing By Range doesn't work correctly, because the Rainbow client shows only :
ex. in OXE is the index ID 144 in area 0 but Rainbow shows AB244, why not AB144 ?
It is therefore that Speed Dialing Prefix has alocate 100 prefixes ?
After the AB244 : Speed Dialing Prefix 100 + Speed Dialing By Range index ID 144 = AB 244 ?
If yes, why after click to AB244, Rainbow can't read value under index as ex. PSTN call ?
