Rainbow window is white

This happens to me regularly. I click on the Rainbow Icon, and all I get to see is a completely white Window. The only thing I can do then is close the application and start it again.

Let me know what kind of additional information you need to get to the bottom of this.

  I have the same problem reported several times, tickets was always closed with should work in latest version. Seems to be happen when Wifi switch to another network or between wifi and lan.

  Hello, I had this same problem with Rainbow having the white screen, and the solution was to rock on the graphic part of the Rainbow.

  on run type %appdata%

  C: \ Users \ guilherme \ AppData \ Roaming \ Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise \ Rainbow

  and open the rainbow.ini file with notepad, and add the following parameter.

  [OpenGL]
  renderer = software
  useBugList = true
