Can you configure Android so that when making direct calls from contacts, they go through Rainbow without having to enter the application

  Hi Juli, Hope you are doing well.

  Please be noted that it's currently not feasible to configure Android client so that calls made from contacts are automatically routed through Rainbow without the need to open the Rainbow application separately.

  However, we recommend opening a new SR to get more information and further assistance.

  Hello Juli ECHEVARRÍA

  To set up android so that you can make direct calls from contacts using rainbow without opening the app,.

  • Go to the phone app under android settings, then apps, then default Apps. then make rainbow your primary calling app.
  • Make sure rainbow is communicating with your contacts. go to Settings and then contacts in rainbow, and turn on link up with device contacts.
  • Give rainbow access to contacts and the ability to handle calls.
  • Make trial calls directly from the contact list. i hope; they will be able to get across rainbow without having to open the program manually.
