Rainbow windows application restart from itself

Starting from today people claiming that the Rainbow windows application restarts from itself on random moments without warning or error. Looks like there is nothing in the windows eventviewer also.

Are we the only one with this issue? There is nothing on the status issue page. Already reported to the official Alcatel partner also.
