OXE accounting (tickets) with rainbow
Hi:
The OXE system we have, with Rainbow users, send metering information with the 17 long Rainbow remote sip number, to a third party accounting app. We do not need this accounting information to be sent. This third party app also sends an email notification to the user if there is a call not answered. Now with Rainbow, there is an extra ticket with rainbow sip trunk call information, and the app sends a notification with this info too.("You have a missed call from 1044xxxxxxxxxxxxx...) I set the Accounting Duration Trunk group to "No metering" in the OXE side, but, there is still a ticket for these rainbow calls. How can I disable those tickets?
