Issue to make call with Rainbow telephony integrate with Zoho CRM.

I am encountering an issue with the call button API. Whenever I click on the call button in the Zoho CRM Lead module , the API always searches the contacts module to check if the phone number is present. If the phone number is not found in the contacts module a dial-up do not appear in the CRM lead module
