PER: Option to disable Rainbow from using mobile 3G/4G/5G data and mobile service network
Hi,
staff of an organization for social workforce will like to be contactable via organization
number only or main number on display when on duty, rather than their personal mobile
contact. This happen when no data or webrtc service is available when a call is made with
Rainbow apps. The app routes call through caller's 3G/4G/5G mobile service network which
is totally not ideal. Users are of opinion that option in Rainbow app to disable use of mobile
service and mobile data network if no data or webrtc is available. Or, when data or webrtc
are not available, the call stop to proceed from Rainbow apps.
Hope to hear from the support team soonest as we receive many feedback/complaints from users.
