OXE Phonebook synchronisation only happens once a day

The synchronisation of the OXE phonebook to Rainbow users happens only once in 24h.

So, if a name of an OXE user is changed, it can take up to 24h before this change is visible for the Rainbow users.

It would be nice if this synchronisation is more frequently (without action from an administrator).
