Rainbow losing device audio settings on Windows 11

We have many users complaining that the audio settings are lost during phone calls with Rainbow. This results in the notebook speaker suddenly being used as the output device. The issue occurs with various headset models.

  We understand that the audio device connected to the Windows 11 got disconnected and started to work on device speaker for the Rainbow application?
  Could you let us know whether you have connected to any Bluetooth devices in Windows? 
  Kindly create a support case with the Rainbow with details to analyze more about this issue.
