audio "warning"/notification when people join multi-party conferences

We need an audible warning or notification when a person joins a multi-party conference. Currently we only see if someone has joined on the attendee list 

Introduction announcement would also be useful at the start of the conf to avoid the "who's joined"  conversation

  Dear Craig,

  Audio notification is available for multi-party WebRTC conferences from Rainbow version 1.44 on (version released the 29th of July).
