Hi, 

How do I make a call to someone who is not using Rainbow? For example, Skype for Business, Cisco, Polycom, Google Hangouts etc?

  Currently it is not possible because each of the aforementioned uses different protocols, but soon we will release a Gateway SIP that will allow making and receiving calls from an OXO / OXO:
