Hi Antonio,
For testing a bot, I use
- with my own user the Rainbow official app
- with my bot, a "free" Rainbow user created for this bot (open https://web-sandbox.openrainbow.com for example in an Private window, create a user)
- In order to add my bot user in my roster, I search it from the Rainbow official app, and accept it from the private tab (but user)
After that I can use the bot user in my bot.
Best regards,
Pascal

Hi,
To help you I'll need to know if it is launched on sandbox or on production.
It's in your code ... in bot.json I think.
In order for 2 users to "see themselves", (note a bot is also a user), if it is on the sandbox
- use official Rainbow app on the sandbox
- https://web-sandbox.openrainbow.com
- login for example in Firefox with your bot's credentials
- login with Chrome, or on another PC with your user's login
- from one of them, invite the other to join the roster
- from the other accept the invitation (if both users, bot and the other are in the same company, it's automatic)
Here you are.

Hello Pascal,
I have tried to test my app. I have created some user in my company from Rainbow CLI.
I can log in to my app using my rainbow account but what is missing so that I can't act as my user to login into my app?
I have tried using other browser but still could not log in.

Hi,
Official platform and Sandbox platform are 2 different environment, as explain in the documentation
( https://hub.openrainbow.com/#/documentation/doc/hub/developer-sandboxed-platform ).
User account are different and your Rainbow account will never works on Sandbox.

Vincent
