Publish a Virtual Machine including a CPaaS development kit

The  development of CPaaS applications is not obvious for everyone. 

To let people get into it, I suggest to build a VM that holds all the development kits and a set of examples that a programmer just need to evolve on his own pace to get confortable with the rainbow environment.
