I have just started to use the Rainbow system. So far I have connected our OXE to the Alcatel servers. Also my Deskphone is connected. When I make a call from my deskphone, I see the busy status in the Rainbow client. Thats fine, but I am NOT seeing the busy status in the Rainbow client if I make a call from my mobile. I have the App installed on my iPhone. I am guessing it is not possible due to restrictions in the iPhone or?
Could someone clearify this?
