Hi,

a customer is interested in connecting Rainbow with SAP.

When a call arrives to a users phone or Rainbow Client (Web-RTC gateway), the customer wants that the caller information is transfered SAP.

A development could be maybe something similar like the new Salesforce CTI connector.

Was there already something done with SAP in any demo or project?

  Where can i find more information on this topic? I also have a client who is interested in connecting an ALE platform via Rainbow to SAP.
