Receive Phone calls when starting the Mobile Phone

Hi,

when you restart the phone the Rainbow Application works automatically on the background for IM Notifications. 

When you receive a phone call the Rainbow Application won't popup. This only happens when you launch the Rainbow Application when the Phone has started. This means you always have to start Rainbow to use it in full feature. 

If you look at WhatsApp for example. You can shutdown and start your phone, but after a restart WhatsApp is fully working. Even when you haven't start WhatsApp after the reboot.

For the healthcare in example it's a feature we need, because it have to be 'Monkey Proof' what means It works always.
