Differentiate Audio/Video or VoIP Calls in the Mobile Application
Use case is that user A was out of office one day and he received a call to his desk phone from user B to see if there were any parking spaces near the office.
However, because user A was not in the office, it called him on his Rainbow mobile client (extension). While the caller ID came up as user B on his mobile, user A was unable to tell if it was a direct Rainbow to Rainbow call or as an extension of his desk phone.
For the moment you can identify the type of call thanks to the available action.
