Rainbow SDK - Authenticate Failure

Hello to everyone,

For your understanding:

We develop CPaaS Rainbow at a NodeJS Application-Server with the rainbowSDK(web)

The application is accessible via the Browser.
At the moment we only developing/try/testing, no production use.
Sandbox is out of the question for us as we do not see any possibilities to use it properly

My Problem since Dec. 2018:

We have this Error(picture:error.png)

• authService authenticate failure  --
• This request dosen't contain an application ID

I has create a Application with an ID, without payments so its not deployed now.
We implement the App-ID in the Application, no success.
We updated the Account with Admin rights, no success.

Now, we have no more possibilities to try. New Error:

Loading Error: http://api.openrainbow.com/sdk/web/libs/loader-sdk.min.js

  Hi Rene,

  Your application can access to Rainbow only if your application has been deployed. So, that is the issue. You need to deploy your application using either the Payasyougo offer or the Business offer.

  For that 2 possibilities:

  - Using PayasYouGo offer (default): Enter a credit card number. You will not have fees if your application consume less than 5000 API per month. It is sufficient for testing or starting.

  - Using Business offer. For that, download the Deployment process form from the Rainbow HUB, fill it and send it to your ALE Sales representative before deploying your application. Don't hesitate to contact our Sales team for having more information on that offer. This can include a trial period.
