Incorrect Korean Wording for the "Forward" Functions

Question raised from the comment: Production Note - Rainbow 1.54

Hi, 

Please correct "Meaning is forward" in Korean from "착신전환" to "메세지 전달 or 전달"

Currently, "착신전환" meaning is Call Forward but this feature is meaningful to forward message 😊

So, "메세지(message) 전달(forward) 또는 전달 (forward) only.
