Search contacts in large number of companies members

Hi,

Currently we have large companies (around 3k) members that are using Rainbow. We are facing troubles to search contacts because there are multiple members that have same in first name but different in last name. 

So it is very not convenient to search manually by checking its profile one by one especially in mobile phone. Is there any better way to handle the search capabilities or to find it easily.

Also please note that currently users can change their profile name, and nobody know that the name already changed and this make it even worst.

  I'm also facing the same issue that mention form Md Fitrah. Is that have any best solution for this issue?
