Change Emily (e-support) Profile Pictures/ Emily Name

Hi All,

I would like to request to able for administrators to change Emily (e-support) profile pictures. We have received this request from our customers to replace the profile pictures.

I also believe this was a good add-on for rainbow because we see that they want to make the rainbow as official environment especially when they already subscribe to enterprise subscriptions.
