No access to camera and microphone on iOS devices via web browser possible

Environment: Web SDK version 1.51.0 with Node.js 10.15.0

Its not possible to get access to camera and microphone on iOS devices via webbrowsers with our application.

With firefox an chrome there is no popup message wich asks for rights to access to camera an micro.

With safafri pops up a message which asks for rights. by clicking agree it doesnt work. No video stream is initiated.

• PopUp für Kamera- und Mikrofonzugriff wird nicht wie hier beschrieben getriggert -> Deshalb vermutlich kein Rufaufbau möglich

iPhone 8 / iOS 12.4 / Safari

• PopUp für Kamera- und Mikrofonzugriff wird getriggert -> Nachdem der Zugriff erlaubt wurde ist der Rufaufbau trotzdem nicht möglich

iPhone 8 / iOS 12.4 / Firefox 18.1 (15719)

• PopUp für Kamera- und Mikrofonzugriff wird nicht getriggert -> Deshalb vermutlich kein Rufaufbau möglich

  did you make sure that you enable the HTTPS protocol in your application?

  yes, https is enabled. The application works fine on Windows and Android with Chrome.

  Hi Konrad, 

  we did it. 

  With Chrome and Firefix it is still not possible. With Safari its possible to get access to the cam and the microphone. its possible to start a call but when we try to share the screen it doesnt work. It seems only one stream is possible. If the camera is deactivated during the call, screen sharing is possible. In this case, however, no sound is available.
