Adding other no-rainbow contacts to the ainbow contact list

Dear all,

 

quite new to the rainbow community I do have the following question:

because of the fact that we realized a connect tou our PBX tlefon system users want to start telefon calls out of the rainbow app (desktop, mobile etc.)

Of course you can type in the number in the "search field" on the left. But is it possible to add all personal contacts with their telefon numbers to the personal rainbow contact list, for quick call by telefon without invting them to rainbow ?

  Hello Roland

  The answer to your question is yes! The Rainbow administrator is able to fill in a directory that can be used by all other Rainbow user in the company.
