Option to configure automatic "away" status

At present Rainbow shows me as "Away" if I do no mouse/keyboard interaction for 3 minutes (according to https://support.openrainbow.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000085050-Why-Does-My-Status-Change-to-Away-)

Auto-activation of status "Away" after 3 Minutes is a too short period of time for my work.

I would like to have an option to configure this timeout or/and an option to disable auto-activation of the "Away" status completely. This should be individually configurable for the Desktop application and the Web application (since the auto-activation of "Away" by the Web application makes no sense to me anyway (as long as it is only based on interaction with the web browser)).

  Dear Holger,

  There is no changes and enhancements in this status change of Rainbow users. If the PC/Machine is not continually used after certain time it will change the status to away.

  I totally agree with this as specially with a Rainbow voice environment with only softphones.
  
  An good option should be to link it to the windows "machine inactivity timer" for the desktop application.

  I totaly agree your suggestion.

  I my company we would like to disable the automatic away statut. It's impossible, so we turn all user to "not distrub" statut but they don't receive any notification about new messages.... (and they stay "no disturb" when they have Rainbow installed on the mobile phone).

  The best solution is to simply add the option to disable auto away status
