I can´t answer calls

Hi good morning.

Currently i'm installing (Rainbow_for_Teams_Online_Installer_User_mode) and configurating through MS Teams to integrare with Rainbow. But i have a issue in some computers, when i try answer calls the button don't works.

I show the issue in the following gif

In the same machines when i try call, the notification window stuck in calling state, one of this PCs has the firewall disabled.

I take this post to ask ¿anyone with same problem? or ¿know why this problem happened?
