Calls do not ring in browser or application - only on mobile devices
This is for an 1800 user deployment w/ WebRTC using remote extensions. This appears to be isolated to the user's remote extension in the OXE, although it is identical to other users that are working flawlessly. I've even tried associating the user's REX with a different Rainbow account, all with the same results.
I need some help to determine what my next troubleshooting steps could be.

Just to make sure there is no delay in getting a resolution to your issue, this forum is to seek guidance from other Rainbow users worldwide, that may have experienced the same issue. If you are seeking Alcatel-Lucent tech support for this issue, I would recommend filing an official eService Request with the ALE help desk with copies of the Rainbow logs from the user that is experiencing the issue.
