call freezing with rainbow for teams

I am currently installing (Rainbow_for_Teams_Online_Installer_User_mode) and configuring via MS Teams. But I have a problem on some computers, when I try to answer calls, the "Answer" button doesn't work (I attach evidence of the problem in a .gif).
It also happens to me on these same computers when we try to make a call, it keeps trying to make it, but finally it does not come out and the window keeps calling. I did the test on one of the machines the Firewall was disabled and had the same problem.
