PROBLEMS WITH THE NEW INTERFACE RAINBOW
When we use the option to initiate a call through, the key shortcut does not work. It is a problem that comes from the last update.
Apart from this, we find that the calls are hung on the Rainbow and don´t let the call hang up. Still having ended the call.
We have verified and it's true that the problem solved reinstalling. But we don`t understand if the application updated only, because they don't launch an update that solves the problem. Since, as you will understand, we cannot be reinstalling all our clients Rainbow.
