Regarding Impossible to make a call in C Sharp SDK Desktop Application

Hi,

We have downloaded the Telephony demo application from below link,configured locally and tested.

https://github.com/Rainbow-CPaaS/Rainbow-CSharp-SDK-Samples

Getting this issue while testing the application. We have used production platform. Can anyone please help me on this.

SDK Used : CSharp SDK 1.13.0 Latest

  Hi Scott,

  Last version of Telephony example was updated to use Rainbow.CSharp.SDK 1.40.0 and not 1.13.0. It's perhaps the reason why you have this problem ...

  Due to vacations I missed the date to deliver this version 1.14.0 at time.

  Please contact me using Rainbow and I will provide this version so you could check if it's solved your pb.

  Hi Christophe,

  We have referred the latest Rainbow.CSharp.SDK.1.14.0 and Sharp.Ws.Xmpp.1.14.0 package which you have sent through email and still we are facing same issue. Could you please help me on this and also we have send the invitation to you through Rainbow.

  After analysis, the pb has been fixed in the Rainbow C# SDK.

  In OXO context some internal information are not provided compared to OXE configuration. A bad test was used and cause this trouble.
  
  The pb is fixed in release 1.15.0.
