For easy flexible working we need a feature in rainbow to switch between different App's\devices in rainbow. There are already similar request done about two years ago.

When in conversation with an audio call or video in rainbow there should be a function to move of take it on an other rainbow app\device.

FI: from rainbow mobile to rainbow PC

Here the conversation is on the mobile device an it would then be possible to take the call on the Windows application.

Also the feature should work when a call comes in via OXO\OXE Web rtc gateway.

This should work like the get call feature in Omnipcx Office an Enterprise.

  Hi, Rainbow team! Is this feature already available?
  I mean:
  1. Switching audio and video calls, between Rainbow instances (mobile Apps / computer Apps / Web Interface);
  2. Switching between one Rainbow instance, and an Alcatel IP phone (for PSTN / business voice calls);

  3. Switching between one Rainbow instance, and an generic IP phone (for PSTN / business voice calls);

  4. Doing the opposit way for the items 2. and 3. above.
