Recently our company has experienced a problem where in MS Teams, upon first opening of MS Teams after starting the PC, then when the Rainbow app is opened it immediately logs out and requires a login to Rainbow. The login then remains active only until the PC is restarted and the Rainbow / Teams connector opened again. This problem started around the beginning of 5/2021.
We have tried re-installing the App on Teams, and also re-enabling the connector on the MS Teams enterprise admin level. Neither have solved the problem.
Our company has used Rainbow via the MS Teams connector app from 8/2020 - 4/2021 without any major issues. So this is a new issue, and we had not made any changes to the structure of our Microsoft Teams configuration.
Does anyone have similar issues? Any ideas what could be causing this?
