No notifications on Android

Hello,

we have the problem that we become no notifications on Android Smartphones.

We change settings for battery and deactivate the optimizing, but the problem is still the same, after the app runs 1-2 minutes in the background, we get no more notifications.

Phone is an Huawei P20 Pro with Android Version 10 

what we can do for fix that problem?
