Iphone 12 Problem

Hello,

One of my users upgraded from iPhone 11 to Iphone 12. There is no sound when answering via Rainbow due to internal call of Iphone 12 user's Alcatel Oxo Connect. I don't live in tests in another design.

Can you help me.
