rainbow theme reset since downtime yesterday

Multiple people claiming reset of their "theme" settings in the rainbow windows desktop app and the mobile app since the downtime of yesterday,

We have a reseller/partner theme but also a company theme.

Default setting is on the single company theme. Reset this morning after the issue is to the reseller/partner theme.

Is this normal?
