OXO EVOLUTION - HT814 GRANDSTREAM

I'm looking to connect an ATA GRANDSTREAM HT814 box to an Oxo EVOLUTION in OPENSIP.

I cannot register the ports.

Do you have any information for me please?
Ps: I have put port 5059 for the SIP.
