We have a customer with aprox. 100 Rainbow users. (IOS users)
Some of them are suddenly not able to recivie calls. I have been troubbleshooting with the IT department to find a solution. Seems like the only solution is to totally reinstall the Rainbow app. I have tried all kinds of resets, including the WEBrtc server, IOS app, reset telephony link in the Desktop manager. Nothing works, only a total reinstallation of the app.
So my question:
Is there a trustworthy way to check if a users is connected to the Rainbow system (for reciving call ect.) ?
