Hi,

To split post that is perhaps not same issue, I opened an SR but if it can help some people :

Desktop application with Jabra Evolve headset RCC not working.

When you make a call or receive a call by picking up via the application, the sound is ok.
The RCC works with a JABRA engage headset.
The RCC works with jabraspeak 710 connected in direct USB but not in BT via the Jabra Link370
The problem seems to come from the interaction between Rainbow and the Jabra link 370 (which was working before the upgrade with evolve headset)

All calls have sound (you just have to hook via the application), only the RCC doesn't work with the evolve headsets that use the Jabra link 370.

  Hello,

  For Jabra BT issue, Alcatel support answer me that it is identified and will be fix next week with a new version.
