Remote install for users with

Hi

Is there anyone who uses the same software as me to remote install Rainbow, that software is PDQ Deploy.

For some reason I can't manage to install it remotely on our users PC's.It's either not installing or it's only installing a piece of the package. The Icon is on the desktop but without the image and not pointing to the install folder.

Is there anyone who is recognizing this problem?

  Hi Ruben,

  I don't know this tool but you may report this issue to your ALE reseller who can open a Rainbow support ticket.
  You can provide him with the installation logs that may help us to find the cause of the issue. Where to find this logs is described in the article Where are the Rainbow client logs located?
