this was solved after complete re-installation the client on the RDP servers. We had also this issue after an upgrade.

after waiting long time sometimes you get connected. Also calls have big delays so you are missing calls due to the delay.After +/-1.5hours it's on the status page.

solved when we go back to android 9 but still no bubbles to see. Audio/video menu works now but still can't test with an bubble.
same problem, some IOS users get a rainbow phone call notification but can't pickup the call. It's not with all calls
