Colleagues are shown as anonymous in reaction list of feed rating

Dear Community,
we have created a company in Rainbow. 

We use the Information Channels as an intranet. News are posted there on a regular basis. When our colleagues rate this posts, these colleagues are occasionally displayed as Anonymous. If these colleagues are part of my network or are shown in the recent conservations list, the feed rating shows the colleague's name. In the reactions we would like to see the names of all colleagues displayed, whether part of my network or not. Is this implementable?

  Hi Team,

  Good day to you.

  If you are still facing the same kind of issue please create a TAC ticket with Rainbow support team with all the details required ex: video capture logs and and the channel details with owner of the channel and name of the channel.
