Integration with Salesforce

Hi,
We're trying to integrate Rainbow with Salesforce, but we keep getting the error message that the URL is not valid (Can see from the photo)

Our customer insist that the URL: https://sfdc.openrainbow.io/ is correct.

However, we would like to recheck whether this URL is correct to integrate with Salesforce? And If it's incorrect where can we find the correct one?

  However, we already tried several times with your article but it didn't work and get the error as the attached photo. That's why I create this post.
  Can you please  answer the question below
  
  1. The URL: https://sfdc.openrainbow.io/ is correct or not?
  2. If it's incorrect where can we find the correct one?
